At Beyond Behaviour Community Services, our mission is to build hope, and to foster a community of practice where we provide safe, culturally-informed, trauma-wise, evidence-based, person-centred and inclusive services and support to children, young people and their families. We strive to empower those we serve to remain safe, share culture and to achieve self-determination, strength in identity,  independence from intrusive, restrictive, and statutory systems and to improve their relationships and overall quality of life.

Beyond Behaviour Community Services draws teachings and guidance from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, and trauma informed and specific education and practices, postmodern counselling modalities, evidence-based models of practice; and promotes health, wellbeing, and safe and sustainable pathways of positive change for children, young people and their families.
